Gregg Jarrett: Hillary Clinton's scheme in 'rigging' the nomination may have been criminal
Fox News ^ | November 3, 2017 | Gregg Jarrett

Hillary Clinton has spent a year crying about how the presidency was stolen from her. Turns out, she stole the Democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders.

The stunning revelation from former Democratic National Committee interim chairperson Donna Brazile that Clinton secretly rigged the primary process by commandeering the DNC should come as no surprise to anyone. Clinton is nothing, if not unethical and corrupt. She always has been. This is precisely why pre-election polls consistently showed that a majority of Americans found her dishonest and untrustworthy.

The critical question now is whether she committed crimes in her theft of the nomination.

The Scheme

According to Brazile, the DNC went broke under the leadership of Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. This dire circumstance presented a perfect scenario for Clinton to seize command of the party apparatus by paying off its debt of roughly $20 million dollars. But in exchange, the DNC executed a written, albeit hidden, agreement transferring to Clinton the committee’s finances, strategy, and money raised -- all to the benefit of Clinton and to the detriment of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, her primary opponent.

Even more deceptions and money shuffling ensued. It was a clever and complicated stratagem, but here is the simple version. During Clinton’s joint fundraising events with the DNC and state parties held across the nation, more than $82 million was raised. The states immediately kicked back nearly all of their share to the DNC which, in turn, kicked back their share and the states’ share to Clinton’s campaign.

The article said the DNC was totally out of money, due to Obama, and she offered to fund it IF she could be the candidate. THey’d done a lot of stupid before that.

“The stunning revelation” My butt. This is status quo with the Clintons.

What is stunning is Donna Brazile is jumping ship. Doubt she would do this without the blessing of the DNC machine.

Bammy et.al. think the Bernie movement is the way to go?
Lieawatha seems to have jumped on board.

I’m confused. They seem to think they can rule the masses the same way they did 25 years ago. (Granted a chunk of us are easier to control via social media. Snowflakes and old hippies)

We have Liddle Bob Corker decrying alleged presidential interference in the affairs of the Justice Department.

Same Corker was silent when Obama’s appointees abused DOJ processes to let Hillary Clinton off the hook.

But he’s apoplectic Trump has an opinion about her needing to be held accountable by the law. Go figure.

If Herself didn’t hack the primaries Bernie would have been the nominee.

Take that one step further boys and girls.

If Bernie was the nominee, he (IMHO) would have won.

So, thanks hillary

Couple this with Session’s second recusal today, DJT has a free hand and enough Moral High Ground to appoint a real Elliott Ness.

Hillary's secret ticket directly to the nomination--the Joint Fund-Raising Agreement between the DNC, the Hillary Victory Fund, and Hillary for America.

From Brazile's book:

The agreement—signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook with a copy to Marc Elias—specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director, and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings.

Absolute, dictatorial, and oppressive control over the entire Democrat Nomination process.

Can you imagine how Hillary would run America if she had won the White House?

"...her entire life has been criminal so it don’t matter"

BINGO!

Greg Jarret is a brilliant attorney, but he seems a bit naive as to beltway law and justice. There is not crime that can bring the Clintons to justice!

Sidebar: While everyone is talking about Hillary's 2010 uranium deal, i thought this should be thrown into the mix:

One of the biggest donors to the Clinton Foundation, is shady Canadian mining mogul Frank Giustra. In 2005, he and Bill Clinton traveled together to Kazakhstan to meet with the former Soviet republic’s authoritarian leader. Days after that meeting, Giustra acquired uranium assets in three of the country’s state-run mines — a venture valued at more than $3 billion. Both Giustra and Clinton have denied that the former US president helped him cement the Kazakh deal.

She was investigated by Comey & Company and look where that got us. Remember how she arrogantly laughed that off? Not Going to Happen Hillary. People that are in her camp, some of them intelligent people otherwise I might add, think she never did anything wrong and it was just her enemies out to get her, and there's no truth in it.

Whatever happened with the DNC was certainly slippery to say the least. But I don't know if Bernie actually would have beat her, and we wouldn't have liked him either. I can't even decide which one would have been worse. And the same old crap with Bernie, he was like the second coming to his followers. And he's meek as a pussycat by not breaking ranks now, so far at least.

Hillary and her cohorts are on record for admitting destruction of evidence. And violating handling of classified material laws. That's probably the tip of the ice berg.

Since her plan from the very beginning was to ‘buy’ the presidency then we really dodged a deadly bullet by electing Donald Trump.

Sessions has proven he is part of the good old boy network, and needs to go. Need an outsider who looks at justice as fair, not biased and protecting their own.

When asked by radio show host Hugh Hewitt last week if he was recused, he responded: “Well, the, you know, of course there was one case that’s already been prosecuted, and people have been sentenced on, but as to what may happen after that, if anything, I’m not able to comment.”

When asked if he was recused from any investigations into the Clinton investigation, he responded, “Yes

Bombshell of Sessions He must resign NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
