If Trump can be POTUS, Jeannine Pirro can easily be AG.

Just look at PRyno and Ditch. Qualifications? Ha!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:

No matter how much an American patriot someone seems to be, how solid their ‘conservative’ credentials or their position and/or effectiveness on any other issue, if they do not utterly condemn Civil Asset Forfeiture PRIOR TO CONVICION they are fascist scum, a worthless excuse for a human an no countryman of mine or anyone else who reverences the Constitution.

Anyone who believes in Civil Asset Forfeiture cannot be trusted in any way on anything else. Period.

It may be too late. The Senate will not confirm anyone at this point because McConnell is a coward.

The man for the job is James Kallstrom, a former Marine captain, Vietnam veteran, 27 year veteran of the FBI, and FBI Assistant Director.

Said Clintons are a ‘crime family’. Called the Clinton Foundation a “cesspool”. Said that Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, was a “pathological liar.”

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/303458-former-fbi-official-clintons-are-a-crime-family

Kallstrom accused United States Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, of bias by behaving as if she were part of the Democratic National Committee.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2016/11/04/kallstrom_loretta_lynch_and_her_minions_are_working_for_dnc.html

But because he is a coward, McConnell would never allow for Kallstrom to be confirmed. The only thing McConnell has ever done that appeared to involve a trait of manhood is to oversee the confirmation of Gorsuch but that was only because Reid had gone nuclear and some GOP Senators were threatening McConnell along with some of McConnell’s key constituents that he better do the same or else. It was also early in the Trump honeymoon. Doubtful McConnell would repeat the act now.

Are you kidding me?

We voted for Donald Trump, not Jeff Sessions.

And yes, he would have still became president without Sessions.

Personally, all the conservatives in my circle, badly wanted Rudy Giuliani to be the AG.

The Uranium One investigation was completed and ready for criminal indictments

The enforcement of the law was obstructed by some group of people and that obstruction of justice is what currently needs to be more fully investigated.

People potentially involved in obstruction have names like Obama, Clinton , Holder, Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Lynch, Rice, Mills, Reid, Pelosi

He can hire competent staff to figure out where to aim.

Easier said than done. National politics is the ultimate insiders game. No outsider is going to know who to hire to make himself feared and effective, and might just spin heir wheels in the swamp and become useless, or worse, a fool. Its a catch 22, but I agree something must be done. I'll admit - I don't have the answer.

If true, then Sessions needs to resign.

He pushed Sessions out the door. Sessions had told him he wouldn’t do the Hillary thing, so DJT publicly asked for an investigation forcing Session’s hand.

Now he has 2 recusals to his name and that just isn’t going to work.

You have a point. The President did remark over the Summer of 2017 that he hired Sessions because of favors on the campaign trail but then wished he hadn’t.

Sessions was at the massive (35k+) Mobile AL Trump rally that took place in a storm with Sessions making the introduction. I have a sense Sessions did it to keep in good with his voters, nothing more.

I think it possible he plays a role of patriot for show to Alabama’s voters. He voted FOR the secret Iran Deal. He seems to go along to get along. He can appear conservative because that’s what his voters want to see. IOW he’s a typical bought-off US Senator.

Well apparently Sessions has his finger prints left at the scene somewhere of the Uranium One deal. This has to be the case or he got the “envelope” of family and friends out and about with the “warning”. It’s clearly something along these lines.

.
I have to see this as a confession of criminal culpability on Sessions’ part.

The pattern is now strong.

Is he ever going to do anything besides recuse himself?
= = =

Does he think that is like “Wiping Himself”?

Plus 100 on your Jay Sekulow comment.

He’d make a fine Attorney General. But he’d never make it. He’s too fine of a good Christian man to ever make it out of committee in the Senate Hearings.

Sad.

~~~If anyone tells you that you cannot legislate morality, remember that legislation IS morality.
from the comments:
“Scott Pruitt is currently the EPA and is doing a great job there.
He was Attorney General of Oklahoma, and sued the EPA fourteen times.
As AG for Oklahoma, he fought against ObamaCare and same-sex marriage…and fought for the rights of the Unborn.
Pruitt has already been confirmed by the Senate, albeit not for the office of US Atty General.
But…from what I understand, the President can move his cabinet members laterally, from dept to dept without the requirement of any additional Senate confirmation.
Once someone has gone through Senate confirmation…they can be moved from one post to another, without having to go through it again.
If I am wrong about this, I hope that someone will correct me.
Scott Pruitt did not work on the Trump Campaign in any way.
He was busy with his duties as AG of OK during that whole time.
So there would be no need whatsoever for him to recuse himself from prosecuting Hillary or any other Dems.
Scott Pruitt is an ‘outsider’ to Washington, DC…and could go after any of the Swamp Creatures.
So perhaps a solution to this mess with Jeff Sessions, is to simply replace him with Scott Pruitt.”
