They are basically just gloating over the fact that an unelected group of bureaucrats have been subjecting the private sector to their whims and suspicions for at least 29 years. Refrigerants are a joke, regulated like oxycodone, and the EPA just laughs when yet another industry has to spread em.

The ozone layer is generated by the interaction of the energy from the Sun and our atmosphere/magnetic field. The more energy, the smaller the hole. The less energy, the bigger the hole. It’s self-regulating.
We’ve just come off a period of high sunspot activity. That is why it has become a smaller hole. As we go further into the period of low sunspot activity, it will open up.
