Sewage was probably intentionally released in response to the border wall prototypes that can be seen from TJ.

Only if we can build a clinic to Tijuana to provide free tubal ligations and vasectomies.

This happened all the time back in SD during the 70’s and 80’s. The surfers used to say “IB (Imperial Beach) is a no go, the Mexican Brown Trout are running again.”
Nothing new or unusual about this at all...

Technically its not a “spill” if you pumped the raw sewage into the ocean on purpose.

Ah, the smell burnt meat mingled with the sweet odor of raw sewage, that’s my memory of TJ.

I lived in San Diego in the `80s. Even then EVERYONE KNEW not to go to Imperial Beach because of the proximity to the border and the Tijuana River.
These idiots get what they deserve. Should have hopped in the car and gone to OB or PB.
To: BenLurkin
But isn't it racist, Ben, to blame Mexican sewage
for that fat, brown turd that plopped on your board as you tried to catch a wave and sit on top of the world?
