DNC: White men shouldn't apply for tech jobs

Thats the message out of the Democratic National Committees hiring team, currently on the hunt to filll multiple vacancies in their tech department.
The political organization, which routinely makes grand statements about inclusion, recently sent an email to its employees looking to recruit people for eight open spots including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager and Chief Security Officer.
Though the Oct. 30 email says that the DNC is looking for a staff of diverse voices and life experiences, it apparently doesnt mean white men.
DNCs Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader purportedly wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes cisgender straight white males.
Leader adds, I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.

Since it is the DNC, who cares? I hope they hire the most mediocre or poor people out there in the name of diversity, and get the resulting mediocre or poor work.

I care. Accepting open anti-white/anti-male racism is horrible. If I’m going to be forced to live as a second-class citizen then I have no stake in America and our creed of anti-racism.
A more accurate statement would be, white men should not run for democrat political office.

That sentiment is so widespread now; as white men pull back, in my area I can see Scout groups fold, religious congregations dwindle, men forego marriage altogether, and volunteering in any way basically disappear. At the same time, the tokens who’ve been handed everything are dismayed that as the infrastructure of former American areas crumbles, there are no more whites to repair them - or even pay for the repairs.
I’ve noticed that as the old guard retires at my job (old white men), there is a concerted effort to fill the positions with women (regardless of qualification). Very quickly, a new position is ALWAYS created for an assistant for the token - always another woman, though usually an actually qualified one (to actually work). They are replacing the men with two women apiece, and still don’t get the same workload done.
On a positive note, I’ve reduced my work schedule to match the bare minimum hours worked by these office toys/entertainers.
When they do casting calls for “Hamilton,” the leftard directors say only “people of color” should audition. Imagine what would happen if they had said only whites can audition.
So the entire cast of “Hamilton” is either black or Puerto Rican, including George Washington. The entire musical score is hip hop, angry rap, and “poetry” slams. That is one musical I wil never ever go to.

It means you have accepted yourself as you were born, and do not suffer from delusions and reject your natural identity.
There are those who are pushing for these polices. And the such policies have been in place for many years in some venues in terms of hiring and advancement.
I used to work for a US Gov't contractor. As a white male my promotion had to be scrutinized so that it didn't violate non-discrimination policies. That was 25 years ago. I do not believe it has improved.
We have seen affirmative action polices result in discrimination against whites (especially males) for civil service jobs, fire and police.
HR departments are always pushing the diversity angle. It's disgusting and discriminatory.
