Sen. John McCain has still not responded to questions raised in light of the disclosure last Tuesday that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) helped fund research utilized in the infamous, largely discredited 35-page dossier on President Donald Trump.

In December, it was McCain who notoriously passed the controversial dossier produced by the Washington firm Fusion GPS to then FBI Director James Comey, whose agency reportedly utilized the dossier as a partial basis for its probe into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

(FBI) Comey & DNC and various MSM outlets already had a copy of the dossier long before McCain turned his into Comey in 12/2016.

Based on McCain’s story\timeline and the players involved, how does McCain not know all these people already have a copy of the dossier ?

I now believe it’s possible McCain was set up as a patsy in this...as opposed to being complicit from the get go.

Yes, we know with almost certainty that the FBI had the Dossier from it’s supposed author, Christopher Steele long before McCain’s action around December 9th. The info circulated among the MSM before the election too, but it was only hinted at because even the fake news media thought most details were too over-the-top to be true. Many sources for this info.

McCain has a lot riding on Trump's demise. McCain has been in bed with the "rebels" who rose to power in Ukraine (President Poroshenko) after the revolt in 2014. Poroshenko is a separatist and against Russia, but he's still a fascist type of leader.

McCain (and Graham) was heavily involved in egging on (and probably financing) the revolts and the elections there... and probably much of what he did was "shady" at best.

Dec 2016:

The Podesta group (as well as Mannefort) were all consultants for the other side (i.e. the pro-Russia side) over the years in the Ukraine situation. McCain probably thought Trump would also side with the pro-Russia side of things there... but its still ironic that McCain partnered with the Podesta group with the dossier.

I wonder what the FBI said to Idiot McCain as he proudly handed over his “Trump Impeachment Dossier” to Comey. The same one they had received by other means (from an unidentified source AFAIK) several months earlier.

If we believe the story, McCain and former aide Kramer, supposedly got the dossier from Steele, after having a talk with Sir Andrew Wood.
I always come back to this: why didn’t Comey tell McCain that Comey already had the dossier ?
