When Reagan was in the White House, you knew things were right with the world. You knew the man loved our nation and would to the best of his ability do great things for it.
Now we have Donald Trump, and happy days are literally here again. All the usual suspects are going crazy, so you know without a doubt, the man is killin’ it.
I hate to mention BO and MO here, but I do so to make a point.
Had they supported good policy for the U.S., and the _resident and Michelle not had such a chip on their shoulder, I wouldn’t have minded seeing them doing something like what the President and Melania are doing here.
Always with them, it was some kind of racial or national putdown. There were always overtones of hate.
Trump is out there handing out candy to children as if he were their grandparent. He’s shown having a great time, and Melania is her usual self, smiling as if this is the best day of her life. She always is. That’s what I really adore about her. It’s what I adore about any woman, and men too for that matter.
There are no snarls. There are no frowns. There are no looks of hate, as if they can’t wait until they get back in the family quarters to settle what just took place. They love life. What’s more, they seem to love each other.
You don’t get that starry eyed look first loves do, but they are both upbeat people. You can tell neither of them is dead weight around the other one’s neck.
President and Melania Trump, thank you.
It’s uplifting to see two positive people working to make this nation great again. And after the Clinton/Bush/Obama years, it’s about time.

You have expressed my feelings about our President and First Lady! We are so blessed to have them! I pray every day for their protection and thank God we have them!
The Donald is under so much pressure. Anything that makes him laugh and takes his mind off things, I approve of.
Donald and Melania know what this country needs: Wonderful, positive people who fight for our nation’s best interests.
And they themselves are delivering.
