I still can’t figure out which part of the Constitution gives an “Inferior” court, ordained and established by Congress(created and controlled) separate but equal authority to tell the Executive branch anything.

How does a judge even begin to have this power?

Can you imagine during World War II, some judge ruling the U.S. military must do this or that?

That’s like saying there is only a tiny bit of raw swage in your drinking water. It’s ok.

Can you imagine a judge ruling Obama was wrong when he ruled they can serve? And Obama sitting back and saying Okie doke I’ll forget about then. This is insanity. The Commander in Chief can do what in the hell he feels like doing when it comes to who can serve and who can’t serve in the Armed Forces of the United States. Trump should ignore the nothing ruling and tell Mattis to get off his ass and enforce the ruling.

The only logical action is to terminate all the lower courts and just have a Supreme Court. The BS will walk, the legal “cream” will rise”, and the turnover of Justices will vary. Expand the court to geographical jurisdictions (Which of course will swell the numbers) while keeping an even number of Justices to render an opinion. All of this is under the power of Congress and will not need a Constitutional amendment. The Judicial Branch needs to be watered down just like the rest of the Branches. No more easy mode of long vacation times and bullcrap opiions.

The judge who made this illegal decision is an enemy of the state who should be dumped in Guantanamo.

[How do Federal judges get the authority to tell the Commander-In-Chief how the Armed Forces are to be staffed? Do they also claim the authority to order a particular member of the Armed Forces to have a particular assignment? Or to order that a Marine recruit who scored 3 out of 250 while qualifying at the rife range graduate and be assigned to Sniper School? ]

How about picking bombing targets or dictating troop movements and battle plans while they are at it.

There is a very curious early history to Colleen Kollar-Kotelly. She was a classmate, (Catholic University School of Law ‘68). and moot court colleague of Philip Mackin Bailley, the DC lawyer who is connected to Heidi Rikan and Maureen Dean and a call-girl ring that many felt was the true basis for the Watergate break-ins. Phil Bailley made headlines in June 1972 when he was indicted under the Mann act along with other charges. He came before Judge Charles Richey at trial and in a very bizarre, dubious ruling, was ordered by Richey to undergo psychiatric examination at St. Elizabeth’s. Around the time Bailley was committed by court order to St. Elizabeth’s, Colleen Kollar-Kotelly left her job at the Appellate Section of the DOJ Criminal division to become in-house counsel at St. Elizabeth’s. She was probably involved in handling the legal paperwork of her old moot court partner at St. Elizabeth’s. Anyone familiar with the Bailley case understands that it was very dubious, corrupt arrangement between the Judge and outside forces, probably John Dean who had a vested interest in discrediting Bailley.

Before her tenure at St. Elizabeth’s, 1972-84, Kollar-Kotelly worked in the Criminal Division’s Appellate Section of the DOJ. In 1984, Ronald Reagan appointed her to the Federal bench in DC. Presumably she was vetted by John Dean’s friend and former deputy Fred Fielding who somehow became Reagan’s White House Counsel in 1981. Fielding later served as Bush 43’s White House Counsel.

In 1997 her real ideological twin Bill Clinton appointed her to a higher federal judgeship.

Kollar-Kotelly’s husband John was the counsel appointed to handle the Clinton-era Alexis Herman case (no indictments) and he also defended a Secret Service agent during the Lewinsky case.

Phil Bailley was directly connected to Maureen Biner Dean, Spencer Oliver, Ida Maxie Wells, and a “brigade of Young Democrats” and Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.

See books White House Callgirl, Silent Coup, The Strong Man, Secret Agenda.

Watergate was absolutely rife with corrupt judicial rulings, ex parte meetings, biased rulings, tainted jury pools etc.

The President is the Commander-In-Chief of all the armed forces of the United States of America.

Therefore, this ruling isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

What a total crock of sh-t. I don't see how the US Supreme Court could ever uphold such a ludicrous decision...
