One of President Trump's former advisers from his presidential campaign has pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents investigating allegations of collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and the Russian government, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said Monday .
George Papadopolous, the 30-year-old foreign policy adviser, pleaded guilty earlier this month, according to court filings unsealed on Monday. The DOJ unsealed the documents shortly after it announced charges against two other higher-ranking, Trump campaign officials — Paul Manafort and Rick Gates.
Prosecutors charged Papadopolous with lying to investigators about his conversations with a foreign professor who told him that Russians had thousands of emails containing "dirt" on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
The Trump aide allegedly told the FBI that those conversations happened before he joined the campaign, statements rebutted by the Justice Department's timeline.

But I still wonder if manafort will cooperate due to retaliation of ruthless mafia who will kill everyone in your family

Short of a blanket guarantee of immunity from prosecution agreement approved by my lawyer, I should not say anything.

That guy did not flip, he got caught lying to the Feds. And, all his efforts to set up meetings between the Trump campaign and Russians were turned down by the Trump campaign. He was not there long, and was vainly trying to make himself a player.

You can be cooperating..and have a raid..such as...something caused a red flag evidence would be destroyed or caught in a lie

Yes, I read the report and he says, as ABC news just informed us, that he did relate the results of his communication to the Trump campaign. But ABC news neglected, strangely, to inform its listeners that the Trump campaign rejected all his efforts. He had zero input to the campaign, which is why he did not stay around very long.
The Feds got him for deleting a Face Book post to one of his Russian contacts the next day after he lied. He must have thought that he was Hillary. I bet they did not ask him if it was his intent to break the law.
yes yes the meeting never took place and he didn’t last long in the campaign...but Mueller knows all of this stuff too...
....so what could he possibly have the Mueller needs if he is going to plea guilty to Lying...Mueller needs something from him or Mueller would have never offered a deal....one can assume other charges were brought too but they dropped them for the one charge and the deal

It looks like Mueller never offered him a deal. He has nothing left. He was arrested a few weeks back, and Mueller just now let it out in conjunction with the other two to make it look more sinister for the MSM to exploit, which is what they are doing. Mueller is trying to create the appearance momentum to offset Uranium One. How many times have you heard about falling dominoes?
If you are going to quote song lyrics at least get them right:

Doubt it is the case, but I am hoping that Mueller does something for which Sessions has to deal with/take him out: charge, arrest, fire, SOMETHING.
