Special Counsel Robert Mueller is facing a fresh round of calls from conservative critics for his resignation from the Russia collusion probe, amid revelations that have called into question the FBIs own actions and potentially Muellers independence....
Critics question whether Muellers own ties to the bureau as well as fired FBI director James Comey now render him compromised as he investigates allegations of Russian meddling and collusion with Trump officials in the 2016 race.
The federal code could not be clearer Mueller is compromised by his apparent conflict of interest in being close with James Comey, Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., who first called for Mueller to step down over the summer, said in a statement to Fox News on Friday. The appearance of a conflict is enough to put Mueller in violation of the code.
All of the revelations in recent weeks make the case stronger.

Mueller should be charged with crimes in these Russian scandals himself. How can he possibly be impartial? This is unbelievably messed up. He needs to go!

Mueller had to be part of making it happen. He was in too high of a position not to know.
He knew the NDA was going to be rescinded. So he tried to get out in front.
The witness needs a lot of protection. Immediately.

If Mueller had an ounce of honor, he’d arrest himself and whip his own ass on the way to jail. Then shoot himself trying to escape.

Mueller was picked precisely because he was involved.
Fedzilla, all of it, was completely corrupted by the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

He has the chance . . . if he has any sense at all, he should take it! Unless he’s one of those attorneys foolish enough to represent himself.

Can’t he just switch gears (so to speak) and commence ‘Operation Uranium One’?
He’d probably have to indict himself.

Well, Mueller can’t investigate himself for Russian collusion, so, the Democrats need a new investigator. I honestly have to say I never thought the corruption in DC was this bad

Yours is right on the money and hilarious to boot. In fact, it’s post of the day material there.

Franks should know better.
FFS. Trump HIRED Mulehead to do the job. Trump KNEW he wasn’t guilty of anything.
Some on our side can’t see the forest for the trees.
Mulehead is about to break open the biggest scandal since the Rosenbergs.

Fedzilla, all of it, was completely corrupted by the Kenyanesian Usurpation. Yep. Obama was the worst President in US history by far. A total and complete disaster whose "legacy"(meaning harm)is yet to be fully revealed.

If Mueller has been flipped as has been suggested, then this may not be what we want. Of course, leave it up to the GOP to try to minimize the damage to the Democrats, assuming they truly want him removed. At this point, I'd rather have Mueller investigating this instead of the GOP given the GOP's weak-kneed approach to investigations.

LS, I was under the impression that Mueller was appointed by the Obama holdover in the Justice Dept. after Sessions recused himself. Are you sure Trump "hired" him?
Or perhaps I missed something.
