Its pretty clear. At work, there should be no touching other than a hand on an arm if that. You have to ask for time outside of work to be picking up on someone. Gee, where have I been? About 40 years in work force including the “Mad Men” era and never saw/heard of any of this crap. I think most of what we hear is a figment of ill imagination.
