I figured it was McCain.
Marc Elias who has had his hands all over this dossier is the former lawyer to John Kerry and was the lead attorney for the corrupt 2008 Al Franken for Senate campaign in Minnesota.

Supposedly that’s what Trump got as a reward in return for betraying his country by trying to defeat Hillary! I am not exactly sure what Russia or Putin is supposed to have received. That was never explained and Trump certainly has not given Putin anything. This is not a very good case for a Quid Pro Quo!
