Down 4-0 in the seventh inning, the Yankees pulled off yet another stunner, rallying to beat the Astros 6-4 in Game 4 of the ALCS in front of 48,804 at the Stadium.
Gary Sanchez delivered a go-ahead, two-run double with one out in the eighth off flamethrower Ken Giles snapping an 0-for-13 start in the series. Aroldis Chapman recorded the save in the ninth after allowing a walk-off hit to Carlos Correa in Game 2. Without a doubt, the (Yankee) gods were watching (over us), Todd Frazier said. I dont know what else to say.
The series is even at 2-2. Dallas Keuchel, who has a 1.09 career ERA against the Bombers (including postseason), looms in Game 5.

That was a great game. This year’s team is like Rocky. They need to get punched in the mouth and knocked silly before they get going.
The Yankees have been tough at home. Gotta give ‘em that.
Can they get past another outing by JV and Keuchel? If so they got this.
Still seems weird to me to have the Astros in the AL.
You Betcha. Great game. Love those Baby bombers
A Yankees-Dodgers series would be great.
How many yanks have said they would never set foot in the White House while Trump was there?
Yankee fan here—and it will still be tough to get by the Astros.
On paper the Astros should win—but that is why they play the games.

Yankees are 4-0 when facing elimination.

Astros should never have pulled their pitcher, they were talking about that quite a bit in the post-game show, Judge hit that homerun, so what? Said one of them. The Astros might have been able to hang in there bar pulling their starting pitcher.
These A.L. playoffs have had some of the worst manager decisions I’ve ever seen. What moron takes out a starting pitcher with a 4-0 lead who has given up one hit on just 81 pitches through six innings?
AKA Hitler vs Stalin..who do you hate more?
Or in my case, Georgia vs Florida State.
Sorry - make that a 4-1 lead.
Yanks need to win tonight before they start celebrating.
