...Frederica Wilson, D-Fla., said she overheard President Donald Trump tell the widow of Miami Gardens native Sgt. La David T. Johnson, a U.S. soldier killed in Niger, that her husband "must've known what he signed up for."...
...."Sarcastically, he said: 'But, you know, he must've known what he signed up for,'" Wilson said. "How could you say that to a grieving widow? ... I couldn't believe, and he said it more than once. This man has no feelings for anyone. This is a young woman with child....
"Everyone knows when you go to war, you could possibly not come back alive, but you don't remind a grieving widow of that. That's so insensitive," Wilson added.

Facebook is already full of this story. They are fuming at such insensitivity. It proves how evil this President is.....and all their friends join in in spewing venom.
That's exactly the way I interpreted it.
CNN reports that it’s much worse than the initial report.
Trump met this widow, then remarked, “I’m glad your rotten husband is dead. He deserves it; you deserve it; and I cannot wait to see how screwed up your children will be.”
Then Trump danced a little jig.
“....”Sarcastically, he said: ‘But, you know, he must’ve known what he signed up for,’”
Bullshit. Sarcastically? No way. He was refusing to call the soldier some blind ignorant victim. He was honoring him and that woman was too stupid to get it.
Compare this to the last admins response to Benghazi. Hypocrites.
The Dems and their co-conspirators in the media have released another squirrel to distract attention from the Russia-Clinton uranium scandal.
Ignore.
Oh, Laz.
All lies, all the time.
She made it sound like President Trump took it as serious as this;

I highly doubt an empathetic guy like Trump would say something that insensitive.
Context is a wonderful thing.
I would like to see some in the media.
I can think of half a dozen comments that could include those words. None of them condescending.
But asking for context is impossible today.
When I was in the Air Force and someone would be raging against anything I’d use that SC quote.
He must have known what he signed up for .... and still he was willing to serve this great Nation that he loved.
Or another version...
“He knew what he signed up for, and he knew if he did not do it, someone not as good as him would have gone. And more people would die. That is what a hero is.”
Give Me A Break
That too . . . but only to the wife
Only your hairdresser NSA knows for sure
Isn’t the Dem politician saying she was on the car with the widow at the time? If she’s not involved, denounce the accuser publicly. Otherwise, she is complicit.
