There is only one way one! to finally and forever destroy Hollywood and much of the mainstream media. You have to cut your cable or satellite cord. You have to cancel your pay TV package. The one-legged stool propping up ESPN, CNN, MSNBC, Disney, MTV, and the entire Tinseltown crime syndicate is you paying for cable TV.
If you want to know how this scam works, read all about it here.
If you want to know what do to after you cut the cord for America, read all about it here.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but there is no single act any American can perform that will do more damage to the institutional left than to cut your cable/satellite cord. So please do so today. If that sounds like hyperbole, look at the recent news, look at what cord-cutting is already doing to Hollywood:

My cable bill is insane, I am very close to cutting it. The cable company wrings money out of me by claiming it won’t be any cheaper just to have internet alone w/o cable.
I cut cable, TV, and just watch off the Internet. I don’t miss the harpies on TV and all of the frustrating biased news.
If you cut cable, how are you getting internet service?
did this maybe 10 years ago—what freedom and peace of mind. people who watch the ruling classes’ propaganda organs are influenced and controlled in many ways they don’t even realize.
I think the idea is to cut cable TV and keep the internet service only. That's what we do.
There's always the DSL option through the phone company, too.
The trend has been going on a while and has less to do with politics than economics. Families were economically squeezed and squeezed during the Obama years as OTT content like Netflix were hitting the mainstream. So people started cutting cable and HBO packages etc to save money.
Look into streaming services like Play Station Vue, Sling, ETC.
I live about 60 miles from the nearest TV broadcast antenna and I'm tucked into a canyon and my antenna is on my patio roof and is pointed at my neighbor's fig tree. I get about 100 Digital broadcast stations with a $50 antenna.
I have Amazon Prime (I got that for the free shipping), Netflix and Hulu. Roku has about 1000 channels of free stuff. Tubi TV on Roku has all kinds of free movies and documentaries. I can also watch You Tube on my Roku.
Haven't missed my cable since I cut it. Reduced my entertainment bill by about $100 a month. I didn't watch most of the crap on Cable anyway. If there is a show that I could only get on Cable, I just wait until it is on Netflix or Hulu.
Did it in 2007. Havent missed it.
And . . . there are also books to read.
Cut the cable a year ago
Hulu - commercial free $12/month
Netflix - $8/month
DirectTV Now - $39/month
I have more shows than I have time for. All commercial-free. Over 100 channels including HBO, 20,000+ movies on demand for $60/month
Too many channels we watch (primarily my wife) for us to cut off cable TV. Most are not the usual suspects: Discovery, ID, History, Destination America, Travel, etc. No real options to acquire these channels without paying for some sort of service.

I basically read papers for a living. I listen to audiobooks.
How much speed do you need on the internet. I’m single, like to live stream.
Been off cable for over 5 years.
We went down to only basic channels. Don’t miss it at all.
we have a newer tv, sure it has a built I roku...not sure how to use it...
we have amazon prime but don't see much on except movies and not always that many...
I'm sure we're not seeing all that is available...
