With these changes to Obamacare, finally, after Congress and Senate paralyzed and not getting repeal done, I am wondering if the former secretary of HHS Price was part of the problem. Actually, no, they didn’t. The expectation was Hillary would be President and with single payer, most insurance companies would go out of business and the rest rolled up into one company, probably funded by Goldman Sachs.

This action is accompanied by his other action allowing insurers to provide policies which do not have to follow Obamacare requirements.
These two together should allow us to get insurance that meets OUR needs, not the bureaucrats'.
