They either participated, acquiesced and molded their values and politics to conform. Now they are expressing “shock” and outrage. (BTW shock seems to be the preferred referenced sentiment rather than outrage these days in Hollywood).Now that the lead lowlife who had climbed to the top of the dung heap has gotten some bad publicity, they are all hypocritically thumping their chests and whining loudly to anyone who will listen. Gimme a break.
At least it sounds like Weinstein confined his abuse to (young) adult women, the real dirty little secret that “no one knows about” is the ones who go after kids. And unlike that pizza crap, this is actually true and can be proved, if the victims are willing.
A crude attempt to deflect Weinsteins crimes into a total restructuring of Western Civilization.
