Islamist Account: ISIS Has Video of Las Vegas Shooter Pledging Allegiance to Islamic State

Last week ISIS repeatedly claimed responsibility for the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas attack that left 58 Americans dead and over 500 more injured. The Islamic State tripled down on the claim later in the week in their al-Nabu weekly newsletter. On Tuesday Rukmini Callimachi, a terror expert who has studied the Islamic State for years, believes Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock may have been a jihadist. Now this… An Islamist Twitter account that was created in October claims ISIS has video of the Las Vegas shooter.

If they do have something, the delayed announcement is a master stroke which will serve to undermine the credibility of those purporting to investigate massibely.

The picture that they used of Paddock was when he was in his late 30’s early 40s which was freely shown on the Internet just after the atrocity took place. Why didn’t they use a more updated photo that is not 20 to 30 years old?
