This was a Conspiracy to Violate her rights and Kidnap her at Gun Point by more than One Lone Officer, he was Ordered to do it. Why haven’t the others Been Fired and they should ALL be Criminally Charged for what they did.

Saw that yesterday and was very glad. It’s definitely time for that guy to retire from law enforcement and ambulance driving. Somewhere along the way he lost his way and moral compass needed to do the job. So did his Lt. who backed him up. You just don’t treat nurses and other medical people that way who are there to help others and simply do their job.

If there’s any question someone is doing their job wrong; it needs to be taken up with their boss or someone closer to the top of the food chain.

Hopefully all cops learned something from this one and I support cops; the good ones anyway. I even bought a thin blue line flag t-shirt to wear at the appropriate times.

I think what he did was wrong, but in the video I saw there was no dragging and no screaming. Headline is an exaggeration.

They BOTH should have been fired.

The result was PARTIALLY good.

Cops should know rules and abide by them.

He acted like a third world thug, not a peace officer.

I really think that there is so much more to this story than we are being told.

The person he wanted blood drawn from was an off duty Idaho police officer. He was involved in a traffic accident and Payne wanted a blood sample as evidence that his fellow officer was not under the influence. Covering his arse with the thin blue line, so to speak. When the nurse refused, he got p!$$3d.

I think they were trying to either cover something up or trying to nullify a likely lawsuit against the department and specific officers.

Well, its another high-speed pursuit that caused an innocent bystander's death. In this age of drones, helicopters, satellites, and two-way radio, its time to end high-speed pursuits.

That would have required a reason. They had none in law
