The US Chamber of Commerce is an enemy of freedom. They are rabidly anti-gun, pro illegal immigration, pro higher tax, pro regulation, etc. if the C OF C is against something, then it’s a good bet that it’s something that conservatives should support.

One of the little known secrets about the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is they are dead set against any kind of meaningful Immigration Reform, E-Verify and Border Security because it would threaten their endless supply of Cheap Labor that their donors want to maintain. Same Rationale applies to maintaining NAFTA because their Donors cite that as the reason for being Price Competitive by Manufacturing Off Shore where Labor is cheap. Their name which is “United States Chamber of Commerce” should be changed to Big Donor Chamber of Commerce. Same old story....”Follow the Money”. Mitch Mc Connell and his cronies are owned by these guys.

I was in business for over 25 years. The chamber of commerce is a scam. All they do for you is take your money.
It’ a “protection racket”. You better belong or people will think there is something wrong with your company because you don’t.
I decided to keep my money. WHO NEEDS THEM? NOBODY needs them.
If you belong, quit TODAY! I never had an issue not belonging. A couple people over the years would ask and I would just tell them the truth that they take your money and do nothing for you. We have an excellent reputation, ask anyone.
It NEVER cost us a job. We belonged to NFIB instead.
This is the group that wants wide open trade deals w/ China.
They represent companies that have stripped and off-shored the American industrial base.
