There is a delicious sense of irony in gun-control advocate Jimmy Kimmel beefing up his armed security after falsely claiming on his late-night talk show after the Las Vegas massacre that President Trump had made it easier for the mentally ill to get guns. Guns are okay to protect the liberal elites, but not for the rest of us, who cant be trusted or dont know any better.
The same double standard exists for Democratic members of Congress who demand their constituents be disarmed even as they welcome back Rep. Steve Scalise, the victim of a shooting where a bad guy with a gun was stopped by a good guy with a gun. Many members of Congress are alive today only because Scalise, being a member of the House leadership, had his armed security detail with him

Gee, I wonder if Jimmy ever thinks of Cambodians and Chinese and Russians and Germans who obeyed gun control laws during the last century, but were still slaughtered in the millions by their own governments?
Kimmel alienated a lot of his audience with his comments.
Hollywood libs: hypocrites all.
Liberals don’t think. They are unable to with their pea-sized brains.
You said it.
Excellent question. As I tell my children, the Second Amendment is there to protect the First.
The U.S. population being armed to the teeth is why Japan did not invade the mainland during WWII.
Thanks, FRiend! Have a great day. :)
from, Julie :)
Does anyone really care what a 3rd rate comedian says about anything???
He has no room to think about those regimes mass murders, he has to memorize his guilt inducing jingoes.
You’re welcome, and you do too. :)
I sure don’t.
Johnny Carson once said “If you are in entertainment never take sides in politics because you will lose half your audience no matter what side you pick”....Not to mention nobody ever takes political advice from these idiots. So let Kimmel hang himself. Let him go back to doing stand up in dives. He should take a good look at Oprah: After Oprah pushed B. Hussein on the people, her career dropped faster than Hillarys face on election night.
Millionaire elitists riding in their limos and surrounded by armed guards telling us we need to drive smaller cars, pay more taxes and get rid of our guns.
LOL about Oprah. My sister once bought me a subscription to her magazine, and I changed the address to have it sent to her. :)
And as for Johnny Carson--wise words. I am from Chicago and Michael Jordan would agree with him. MJ said something like "both Democrats and Republicans buy shoes." He kept his politics to himself.
(Thanks BTW.)
Didn’t Kimmel do the TV show `The Man Show’ a while back? Bodacious women jumping up and and down on trampolines? And now he pules and whimpers like a little beeyotch.
I don’t think he cried the other night, his tear ducts must have run dry. What a bleating Woostopher Robbins he turned out to be. President Trump’s alpha mojo outs another closet lib.
Jimmy Kimmel: punk.
You'd be surprised ...
Who is Jimmy Kimmel? Does he make dog food?
And that is why Johnny Carson was as popular as he was, he didn’t take sides in that he would rib both sides when it was called for. He never did these vicious personal attacks like these no talent idiots do now.
