The activist ruling against Sheriff Joe Arpaio NEVER rested in guilt of “targeting” illegals, as after extensive investigations and every attempt to prove his department did target illegals, left wing motivated investigations were not able to establish any proof.
The judgement passed down against Sheriff Joe Arpaio stemmed from a truly left wing activist judges order to Sheriff Arpaio to provide a high volume of information by a nearly impossible deadline, and after repeated denial of request by the same judge for even a little more time to comply, the ensuing ‘contempt of court’.
Sheriff Arpaio and his lawyers also formally requested a trial by jury multiple times, and were denied by the same judge.
There are multiple problems here, and the left has really wanted to eliminate him for a long time.
Ultimately, the illegal population is nothing more than a collective pawn to the left anyway. They are a means to a literal end of our Constitutional system.
Unfortunately, Sheriff Arpaio will never have a chance to actually prove he was innocent.

Forget the SCOTUS, this Judge might have lost her job due to un-Constitutional behavior, and I suspect that the local judicial circuit received more than one ethics complaint about her.

A superfluous move. The judge had no business even hearing the case. A pardon issued by the chief executive of the United States of America makes null and void any judicial proceeding against the person regarding the case involving the pardon. End of story.

Arpaio was not present at the hearing.
Several liberal groups and a set of more than 30 Democratic members of Congress had argued that Trump’s pardon was invalid and Bolton should ignore it.
However, the Justice Department agreed with Trump’s attorneys that the pardon should end the case and that Arpaio is entitled to have all the court’s rulings in the matter set aside.

This was political persecution of Arpaio by Barrack Obama. Payback for Arpaio allowing the continuation of an in depth investigation into Obama’s birth record, which pointed out Obama’s fraudulent birth record and multiple social security numbers.

On further reflection, only Trump...at the moment of his own choosing...can go after Barry’s BC using the Sheriff’s evidence.
The US President is not supposed to “influence” the Attorney General when it comes to prosecution. He is not supposed to lean on Sessions inappropriately. But if Sheriff Arpaio goes public with new evidence showing Barry’s BC was forged and Trump goes public with it in a big way, especially the Italian FORLAB evidence, then the MSM might have a harder time refuting the science of the evidence.
Only Trump can push to get the evidence before a “trier of fact” i.e. in Congress or a court where Barry’s lawyers would have a chance to properly try to defend him and get shot down. That is the way our system is supposed to work and that is what Barry has always wanted to prevent from day one because something has always been wrong in his record! What exactly that is, who knows?
Sheriff Arpaio has always played it straight. He has never said Barry was born outside the US. He has only said Barry’s BC was forged. He has said let a proper FBI investigation go forward...a non-corrupt investigation like we used to have in the USA back when he used to work for the Feds.
