Investigators are taking a harder look at Marilou Danley and what she might have known about the attack at a country music festival Sunday, with Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo naming her a “person of interest” and saying the FBI is bringing her back to the U.S. for questioning.

Danley, 62, was out the country at the time of the shooting and in the Philippines on Tuesday. “We anticipate some information from her shortly,” Lombardo said.

The nature of her arrival in the US is kind of an important detail that is getting glossed over. It's make a big difference if it's "I came voluntarily to provide information" vs "You are under arrest. Come with us, now."

I think it’s just a matter of some quick paperwork and the other party hands the person over. Philippines is pretty much 3rd world and officials can be mighty cooperative if they choose, as with any other corrupt country.
