Upholding the law is unconstitutional?
Round up the mayor, city council and CoP.
That would get their attention.
If harboring a fugitive from justice is illegal then why isn’t it illegal for a town or state to harbor fugitives from justice. In this case, not just illegals, but illegals who have committed crimes or have been previously deported. The mayor and city council should be liable for any crime committed by any criminal, which included illegals, as long as they have a sanctuary policy. That’s not intimidation; that’s justice.
I remember hearing stories about how this was handled quite well back in the 50’s by throwing the illegals in jail for x amount of time before deporting them again and even putting them to work to pay for their incarceration until the ACLU decided it was unconstitutional to make prisoners work. I can’t see why; the tax dollars come from people who have to work to pay those taxes.
THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP!
ROUND UP These FREE-LOADERS!
FLUSH THESE ILLEGALS from THE USA......A.S.A.P.
ILLEGALS ARE LAW BREAKERS!
That's rich, these Santa Clara County officials criminals won't be intimidated by federal immigration law.
Lock 'em up.
This is the best part of the article:
.
Francisco-based ICE agents arrested 21 people in Santa Clara County and six in San Francisco over the past week for alleged immigration violations. Of the total Bay Area arrestees, 23 had criminal convictions including drug possession, assault, domestic violence and DUI, and four were previously deported and deemed criminal aliens by federal authorities.
K...so what is the objection?
Who are the officials and they? Name them.
Don’t care If YOUR intimidated!
Just get In the Transport Van!
Say ...Bye-Bye.
When these “sanctuary cities & states” request federal FBI, DEA, EPA, FEMA, etc. help, it should be politely refused because local/state authorities are not permitted to cooperate with Federal agencies .... so sad, so sorry, piss off.
I don’t care if they are intimidated......
But I’d like to see them incarcerated.
You’re going to do what? Send the local cops to block the feds’ way? That’s an awfully good way to see your entire police department in a federal jail.
Sorry, Santa Clara, you lost this one bigly!!
Santa Clara County, Alta California, Mexico...
We don't care if you're intimidated or not, you can be unintimidated all the way back to Mexico, you're getting deported either way.
Actually, that brings to mind a rather amusing tactic - until further steps are taken, make a point of performing the most publicized and high profile illegal alien busts in ‘sanctuary cities.’ To the point where illegals begin to figure ‘sanctuary cities’ are more like ‘roach motels’ and actively flee them - thus depriving sanctuary cities of their money and more importantly their Democrat votes (because you know they’re voting illegally).
Should a coach demand the players not behave like “fagots” (i.e., wimps,) or a LEO decry the BLM thugs protesting the Anthem, what do the Leftwing bureaucrats do? They threaten the financial well-being of the individual and his family.
These Leftwing bureaucrats say they’re not intimidated... well, they would be if treated equally.
San Jose? There’s gotta be at least 100,000 illegals there. Send in the military. Those people are foreign invaders. Hostile ones. Very hostile ones.
And yet two dozen of your finest citizens are going to prison/Mexico. Whatcha gonna do about it Santa Clara officials? Big talk.
That’s good news. Santa Clara County will continue to attract these criminals so that ICE can round them up more efficiently. Saving money for another big Trump win.
In the insane age we live in, these are radical acts: arresting criminal illegal aliens, standing up for the National Anthem, and recognizing that homosexual men who dress up in women's underwear are perverts.
