Her biggest failure as a judge, in my opinion, is that she has exhibited with vigor that she is not a ‘justice is blind’ type of keeper of the law and the Constitution. She votes her politics - independent of the Constitution.. That’s quite pathetic for someone sitting on the highest court of the land. She should be ashamed, but she doesn’t appear to be capable of legitimate thoughtful insight independent of her politics.
Ginsburg before being appointed to the USSC was legal counsel for the ACLU a Leftist Communist front organization.
So any pretense of judicial independence was gone before she joined the court.
It is only natural that people ignore her partisan comments considering her history.
