The majority of Americans say professional athletes 'should be required to stand during the anthem at sporting events', a new poll has revealed. The September 25-26 exclusive Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll found that 58 per cent of those quizzed think athletes should stand and observe the national anthem, agreeing with President Donald Trump.
The results, released on Tuesday, also found that 57 per cent of adults do not think the National Football League should fire players who kneel. This included 61 percent of NFL fans who watch at least a few games per season.
The results were split along party lines, however, as 82 per cent of Democrats and 29 per cent of Republicans disagreed with the president's comments about firing football players.

Disappointing the results aren’t higher.
...........I think 50% of Americans think the NFL, now 70% Black, has morphed into an America Hating group that arguably can claim sisterhood with the Congressional Black Caucus...............the most racist organization in America.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Tim Tebow asked to sing the national anthem in Jacksonville and wave the American flag.

Of course it's more than 58%. 58% simply represents the minimal phony results that the Left could deceptively engineer in a futile effort to manipulate public opinion.
In other words, the percentage is much higher and the NFL is absolutely destroying itself as a viable entertainment product with the American working class.
To allow a few misguided Black millionaires to set the league's agenda is both shameful and tragic, but they're about to face the consequences of the un-American actions of the most ignorant among them...
The other 42% should move to Venezuela or North Korea.
