I’m okay with that. Protest and respecting the anthem do not need to be mutually exclusive. The whole episode has been rather stupid, to be honest. No point in punishing all players for the stupidity of some.

That is what gets me, this is all guilt by association, one or two jerks so we penalize the team, didn’t like it 1st grade when Johnny lost us recess time, didn’t like it in boot camp when Johnny cost us three more minutes of bend and thrusts, don’t like it now.
I’d almost made this suggestion. There’s just no need to disrespect the flag to highlight a cause. You can have a cause and be respectful at the same time, it’ll be far more effective.

Thant you! I have been attacked for my view, like yours, and feel that FR has some lack of understanding what being conservative is all about. I was just upholding Constitution and Jones, owner of Cowboys, way of handling a difficult situation....I was bombarded w misunderstandings!
