What is the role of the education system in our children’s lives? It seems that it’s constantly changing. Once upon a time, it involved teaching our children things like reading, writing, math, science, history — typical subjects to prepare them for the real world. Now, liberals are seemingly adding more and more to the curriculum, and not everyone is happy about it.
Parents were reportedly furious after learning that the San Diego School Board of Trustees partnered with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, to launch an anti-bullying campaign. The campaign involves educating children about Islam, with the purported goal being to help students learn to respect each other.
The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that the campaign became controversial after it was picked up by conservative websites, but Trustee Kevin Beiser defended it, saying that there were misunderstandings about what the campaign’s goals are. “We will not allow Muslim students in San Diego schools to be spit on,” he said, but it didn’t placate the angry parents.
“All students should be safe,” a parent said. “What about the Jews?” another parent added. After the uproar died down, Beiser agreed with them, saying that no student should be bullied. “We have made sure that, through the superintendent’s recommendation, we’re going to try to do a better job so when we teach in history class about Buddhism, Judaism and Christianity, we’re also going to teach about Islam,” he explained. But this didn’t satisfy the parents, either.
And when one father stood up to speak his mind, the parents cheered.
“My name is Christopher Wyrick, I’m a father, a husband, and a very, very proud American,” he said. “I’ve been given many titles in my life, but the one I’ll never accept is the one of ‘infidel.'”

In many CAIR “outreach” and education programs they have the kids recite the shahada, the First Pillar in becoming a muslim, then they have the kids pray a muslim prayer, the Second Pillar.

San Diego has been invaded with a younger generation that has no clue as to what is right and wrong... that younger generation are also a bunch of mimics/followers, getting on the trash America wagon, and trying to get the Christian influence removed... that Christian influence makes them very nervous and they want their sins/way of life.. to be lived as low as they want to sink... unencumbered. They think the muslims are tolerant and forgiving.... haha.. they don’t know....
The school board would be happy. The school would have 100% poor kids and they would get millions of dollars from the government.
So a so cclled Teligion intent on overthrowing our government should be allowed First Amendment protections instead of being banned from the country?
I live in San Diego Have no kids and never had but I still pay for this garbage. Also we still pay for the required improvements to our stadium recently vacated by the chargers.

When my sons were in school the big thing for the perverts was to get them to fill out personal sex and family surveys.
I forbade them to do it. They turned in blank forms.
If they were in school today, I would forbid them to participate in Islamic behaviors and speech. I would tell them to say, “I am a Christian and don’t participate in the Islam religion.” If the teaching staff bullied them, I would sue them. My children knew that ultimately, they answered to me and their dad and not the teachers.
There were many immoral and dark things I forbade them to do in school over the years. I paid close attention and in time they recognized what things they should and should not in school. The really bad stuff began in middle school but now they have it going in elementary schools. My sons were not afraid to stand up and learned how to act covertly, in order to avoid confrontation. A few times confrontation and they would get into trouble. I would step in. They are like this as men, too.
16 years ago, when my son was 14 and in 9th grade in a SoCal Middle School, we never were aware of the indoctrination. Only a few years ago, he said ‘when I was in ninth grade, the teachers had us “be Muslim” for a day’. I nearly fell off my chair. This started during the Clinton Admin, but no one saw the handwriting on the wall. I suspect that is why Lefists screamed like stuck pigs when GWB won in 2000, but a lot of good that election did us, with the Bushys being pro-Islam, too.
I’m sorry you did not know about that happening at your son’s school so you could have raised cain.
The schools get their money based on head count. If they were mostly empty, there goes their funding. That is why some inner city schools have “free pizza” day on the day when the count is taken for funding purposes.
