I just don’t see buying property here in CA when really ANYTHING could happen here to overturn the rights of property owners in favor of the Welcome Illegals and Refugees etc. And the whole water thing.

Williamson County is stressing their water source, a smallish local river. They have been talking about building a pipeline to the Cumberland River for more water.
