Notice how she said this only gives me incentive to work harder, fill out more scholarship applications.
Not, get a job or two and go to community college or a state school. As if filling out forms is work. These people are spoiled and will have a rude awakening when they go back to where they’re from.
She is not Houstonian, Texan or American. She is a Mexican and a parasite feeding on our system.
Oh, boy. Here come all the sob stories from the “media”....
It is a city unto itself.
They have college in Mexico.
Vaya con Dios.
Right honey?
Pay the $12,000 per year of grade school on your way out the door.
That 800,000 number is likely fake. That’s how many signed up for DACA. There could be 3 million for all we know.
This is so typical of the mediots....Trot out some emotional atypical anecdote and try to leverage that to overcome logic and the law. I hate them for it and I pity those too weak-minded to see through it.
The media (and the Dems, their employers) are big on the “boo-hoo” stories, about how this one, or that one, is being affected by the “heartless” Republicans, etc., etc., ad naseum.
How about we dig JUST a little bit deeper: EVERY SINGLE ONE of the illegals (whether they came here as kids or adults) is interested in doing ONE THING - CUTTING AHEAD OF LEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
So where the Hell are the stories about LEGAL immigrants having to sacrifice, doing things the right way, paying immigration attorneys and the feds a bunch of fees, being law-abiding, etc.? They ain’t there, because that’s not part of the subversive narrative.
You know what my reaction is to this story? I feel a bit sorry for this kid, but she should be blaming her parents for breaking the law. She is EXACTLY like the child of a criminal who is put in prison - yeah, that kid has a rough life, but it is no one’s fault EXCEPT the criminal parent’s. There is literally no difference here, except that her mommy and daddy aren’t rotting in jail somewhere.
Are her parents still illegals?
Me rika a Boo Hoo Gurl! Me love her long time!
For heaven’s sake. She could go home and get a student VISA to study in the US. I’d think she’d be more desirable to Bryn Mawr as a foreign student with a diploma from her homeland.
Time to go home. You have received much more than you were entitled to. Go home.
Last time I checked Mexico has several universities. In fact I have met some pretty good engineers who studied at these schools.
Yes, little miss special is very special. A very special kind of criminal who owes the US taxpayers millions.
Now that she has received a good education, she can go back and improve Mexico.
She can go home and apply for a student visa, and she might get it, unless committing a crime to immigrate to the US is disqualifying. Her school might not like it, though, because the US doesn’t pay for foreigners to attend US schools.
