Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) said in a statement on Friday that he will oppose the Graham-Cassidy Obamacare repeal bill. McCains vote against Graham-Cassidy effectively tanks renewed efforts to repeal Obamacare.
McCain said in a statement: advertisement
I cannot in good conscience vote for the Graham-Cassidy proposal. I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried. Nor could I support it without knowing how much it will cost, how it will effect insurance premiums, and how many people will be helped or hurt by it. Without a full CBO score, which wont be available by the end of the month, we wont have reliable answers to any of those questions.

You Old Buzzard!
Dear Father in Heaven,
Please bring mccain home right now, wherever you believe his home ought to be.
In Jesus’ most holy name.
Amen.
mccain is a kept man. Ain’t that right, soros?
True, he won't be the only one. But, McNuts is doing it out of spite! He's Satan's spawn! Getting near to meeting him!
[Wow. He actually shot down legislation sponsored by his imbecilic protégé, Lindsey Grahamnesty.]
Yeah, no kidding. Will this now lead to a lover’s spat?
May old John McCain rot in Hell. (tell me what you really think!)
OK, a very hot HELL!!!!
Olympia Jean Snowe probably would be a "no" vote, but she is no longer in the senate. Lisa Murkowski will probably be the third unless she can be bought off.
Plus Rand Paul - who said that if there is not 100% repeal, he’s voting “NO.”
Stupid bastard - NO ONE gets 100% of what they want. This all or nothing crap GUARANTEES that Obama and the Leftists win. Failing to repeal even part of O’care means that the majorities that Trump will have to pass other parts of his agenda will diminish starting 1/2019, making his own reelection less likely. Come 2021, we could have another Dem President, and O’care fully intact - all thanks to the likes of Rand Paul and John McStain.
On the bright side, maybe now Linda Grahamnesty will FINALLY realize that he should take his nose out from between McStain’s butt cheeks, and actually start voting conservative, like his constituents would like him to do.
McCain hijacked the early months of the GWB first term. Nothing could get done in the Senate until they finished with the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law. I think that W thought the Supreme Court would rule it unconstitutional...same as with Obamacare.
Republicans in DC prefer being in the minority. No responsibility, just going to all the right parties, Super Bowl, overseas junkets, etc. The dishonest MSM today gloated that the lack of a signature major accomplishment in Trump's first year will doom him to failure. Instead, it is very possible that it will primary out many of the feckless republicans who opposed him, especially in the House. PDJT is a lot more popular with the base than the anti-Trump legislators are.
The NVN could have kept McQueeg in exchange for all the rest, no questions asked.
Graham —absolutely knew MClame WAS never ever going
to vote for his bill-
Same with Susan Collins- probably Flake- and others-
They really do not care about America, our constitution-
and most have very low /abhorrent morals-
beats me.... must be the water in DC- or better yet bad drugs and liquor
‘I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried.’
Hey McCain, you are right, how about reaching across the aisle and show all your other Democrat friends how to work with the Republicans. Be the first to work with Repubs.
Time will not be kind to Senator McCain.
Fake news: McCain has no conscience.
Watch everybody scream when the old fool rigs the governor to appoint his daughter after he croaks
McCain is a dead ender planning to die in office and carry out every grudge he harbors before he goes. He lies every 6 years to get reelected from promising to vote to build “the danged fence” after proposing amnesty to promising Obamacare repeal and then voting against it. Would not be a bad idea for the Arizona legislature to upset his apple cart and to recall him and send him home to hospice.
