so how long did it take those radio waves to get here and can they project what it actually looks like now or is it moving so slow that there isn’t a big difference?

Single gigantic black holes gorging on surrounding matter are believed to exist in the centers of most large galaxies.

Not well known is that as black holes increase in size their density actually decreases. The interiors of some super massive black holes are less dense than water. It might be possible to enter such a super massive black hole without being destroyed. Inside you could reasonably expect to find the oldest and most advanced civilizations in the universe.
