Even Hobby Lobby Cotton Is Racist These Days

Leftists are probably wondering why no one takes claims of racism seriously anymore. After all, isn't being racist the worst thing someone can be? Yet, they scream "racism!" and no one blinks an eye. Why is that?

Probably because everything is racist these days. Check out this complaint about Hobby Lobby:

Oh boy.

Is it wrong that I'm thinking about heading to Hobby Lobby in a bit to pick up some "home decor"? No, I'm not racist. I just think it's freaking hysterical that cotton is now racist.

In fairness, out of the 150,000+ comments on this thread, there's not a lot of support for this line of thinking. Unsurprisingly, most of the comments seem to be outright mocking the claim.

Yes, it’s a popular seasonal decoration down here in the South. Some people even plant a little in their gardens. All cotton is not white. There are several different shades. Funny that it’s a problem all of a sudden. Lot’s of white people picked cotton too.

Artificial cotton?

Cotton cannot be racist as it is an inanimate object.

However, if it is racist, 75% of my wardrobe is racist.

This must also mean that clouds are racist.

What the hell are we gonna do?

By the way, I’m not white. Kind of a very tanninsh pink I think.

***This must also mean that clouds are racist.***

Hanging over my head,
Down t my last buck.
With that old black cloud,
Hanging over my head,
Ain’t no such thing as good luck!

I am wearing a cotton t-shirt, cotton socks, and cotton dungarees. I am not racist at all. But by this ladie’s definition I am racist. I object vehemently!

Cotton is a plant that fabric is made from. Displaying how it grows is not racist, not by any stretch of the imagination, except if you are race sensitized.

Imagine how different things would be if there had never been slaves in America.

It would surely change the complexion of the NBA and NFL!
