migraine (not my real name; but I received this email) -- Emily's List just put Mark Brnovich "On Notice" for his long record of pushing an extreme anti-woman agenda.
Brnovich is the only Attorney General Emily's List is targeting. It's time to put a stop to his agenda.
Will you help us seize on this news by donating to help January defeat Brnovich?
Brnovich attempted to force health clinics into releasing the names and confidential records of women who had abortions with no regard for their privacy. And now he's attempting to take away sexual assault survivor's right to sue universities for mishandling their cases.
It's time we have an Attorney General that defends our rights.
Chip in to help January protect all Arizonans >>
Thanks for your support,
-- Team January for Attorney General
When Gabby Giffords got shot, some Dem dug up Sarah Palin communique which spoke of certain Congressional races Repubs had a chance of winning, i.e., the ones we should "target". She represented them on a map with a target and crosshairs over it, SOP for campaigns over the years. Of course we all remember the stink they made, the hue and cry by the lamestream media, accusing Sarah of having instigated Gifford's shooting,
Here, in this AZ A.G. race, Emily's list endorsed this woman, January Contreras, to unseat the Repub A.G., stating that this is being "targeted" by emily's list and other dem hotshots. "Targeted?"
How do you all think I should respond to this email?
Send your money to FR.
I did already contribute to FR, and always will.
I’m on the Dem mailing list because I’m a Dem. I just never vote for the bastards (except in the primaries).
Thank you very much, Migraine!
Sure thing.
Brnovich attempted to force health clinics into releasing the names and confidential records of women who had abortions with no regard for their privacy.
If he did this F-him
Why is it that conservatives don’t “target” liberals?
What is an “Emily’s List”, and why should I care if they put someone on it?

You trust a RAT advocacy groups email claims?
It seems he’s investigating a “doctor” that was selling fetal organs and whole fetus’s and that the “consent” forms to “donate” the “tissue” are VERY SUSPECT ,, the women must be contacted to see if they actually gave consent to sell their babies eyes and liver and maybe have it’s spine cut out and sold...
Do you understand the meaning of the word IF?
We are the stupid party for a reason.
-—and thanx for the info
“Arizona abortion clinics must report to state health officials what happens to the remains of aborted fetuses, under a new temporary rule ordered by Gov. Doug Ducey and approved by Attorney General Mark Brnovich.
If the fetal tissue is transferred to another person or entity, except for a funeral home or crematory, health officials must also disclose the identity, any compensation received for the tissue, and whether the patient agreed to the transfer.”
“But new court filings reveal investigators were instead looking at whether the clinic violated Arizona consumer-fraud laws by not adequately informing patients what would occur with the fetal remains.
In a court filing last week, the clinic did not admit wrongdoing but agreed to provide no fetal tissue to any third party and to comply with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act. With those assurances, the Attorney Generals Office closed the investigation.
According to court records, between May 2015 and August 2015, the consent forms the clinic gave patients stated donated fetal tissue would be used for medical research sponsored by California-based StemExpress LLC. Based on its investigation, the Attorney Generals Office concluded the consent forms omitted “that StemExpress was not running or sponsoring medical studies, but was in fact processing and reselling the fetal tissue for thousands of dollars.
State investigators found the consent forms also did not note the clinic was to receive between $75 and $250 from StemExpress for each blood and tissue sample provided for the reasonable costs associated with the collections.”
In essence, sounds like a fraud investigation. They were not “releasing the names and confidential records of women who had abortions”. Time to stop believing liberals tell you the truth.
I didn’t “believe” anything. Check your reading comprehension.
You get a voucher for a free abortion if you join their mailing list, so there’s that.
“If he did this F-him”.
Thanks for including the IF, but then giving him an “F-him” on the assumption the liberals were telling the truth.
Liberals lie. It is what they do. It is what they live for. NEVER take ANYTHING they say at face value. But then, you did say “If...” How big of you.
If means i didn’t assume anything. How long do you want to do this?
Because we care if they put someone on their silly little list...or because we don't give a rat's ass about their silly little list.
Me, I'm in the "don't give a rat's ass about their silly little list" category.
But if you think we're the stupid party, then so be it.
I'm sure you're a lifelong member, huh?
I don’t have time to bring you up to speed, especially since you don’t know why you should care.
The marks on the Palin maps you refer to weren’t even targets or crosshairs, they were alignment carets which are used for layered color printing.
