Several people were injured at a London underground station on Friday, after an explosion on a rush hour commuter tube train.
The London Ambulance service said 18 people had been taken to a number of different hospitals on Friday morning, while no-one is believed to have suffered "serious or life-threatening" injuries.
London police said they were treating the blast at Parsons Green tube station in West London as a terrorist incident.

Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley said it was an improvised explosive device and most of those injured had "flash burns". The scene currently remains cordoned off and the investigation continues.
"It is very much a live investigation we are following down the lines of inquiry," Rowley said.
Prime Minister Theresa May tweeted, "My thoughts are with those injured at Parsons Green and emergency services who are responding bravely to this terrorist incident."

Yes, it seems to have been a bomb that burned rather than fully exploding, so that there were around 18-20 flash burn injuries. Lucky it was not a lot worse, but bad enough for those affected (horribly painful).
“amateur” does not make it any less likely to be ROP. They all have to start somewhere. Some get a lot of training but others are more self-taught from internet sources etc.
This clearly indicates a bomb-maker is on the loose and he will get better with practice and experience if he is not caught quickly.
