Far-Leftists making money hand over fist while “smearing any group which disagrees with them as a ‘hate group.’” By lumping legitimate groups together with the KKK and neo-Nazis, the Southern Poverty Law Center hopes to destroy all those who dissent from the hard-Leftist agenda.
The Washington Free Beacon exposed the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a self-appointed hate group monitor infamous for lumping mainstream conservative nonprofits alongside legitimate hate groups like the Ku Klux Klan, keeps millions of dollars in multiple offshore accounts.
Charles Ortel, a former Wall Street analyst and financial adviser known for uncovering a 2009 financial scandal at General Electric also expressed surprise, noting: “It seems extremely unusual for a 501(c)(3) concentrating upon reducing poverty in the American South to have multiple bank accounts in tax haven nations.”
The minimum it paid officers, directors, trustees, or key employees, in base salary in 2015 was $140,000—this in Alabama, a state where the mean salary for religious and education directors (which includes private school principals) was $40,820 in 2015. SPLC president and CEO Richard Cohen was paid $346,218 in base compensation, while SPLC founder and chief trial counsel Morris Dees earned $329,560 in compensation, and $42,000 in additional reportable non-taxable benefits.

It would seem like that Congress should have written a law that no funds can exist for a 501-type organization outside of the US. In this case, I’m kinda wondering...what kind of money-laundering scheme is underway. I’m also kinda wondering about this pay-scale of $140,000 or above for any ‘officer’ of the organization.
In Alabama, that’s a hefty amount of pay. You’d call it a BMW-package. Yet, the word ‘poverty’ appears in their brand-name. BMW-pay and poverty...going hand-in-hand?
I’d also look at their diversity.
I suspect the place is chock full od White Leftist Privilege.

This is why I donate to my church’s aid organization during times of crisis such as hurricanes or wildfires. Not to national organizations, not even the Salvation Army anymore after they dissed Trump recently.
It would be curious to list out the full employment sheet. Probably 90-percent male and 90-percent white. Any Latinos on the SPLC team?

Is it their paid staff who bring all those lawsuits that suit decent folks? That have gone after and ruined Christians and Jews who speak out for traditional values. I assume they have lawyers on staff. What are the legal fees, then? Other lawyers? Their main activity seems to be putting good people out of business.
Is there any mention of how much federal money they’ve gotten? I’m sure that in 2015 they got fed dollars from Obunghole.

If that is all it is, I wouldn’t stop donating to them on that basis, it seems like throwing out the baby with the bathwater to me.

I always get a good laugh out of the SPLC’s Hate Map where they put a little symbol representing “hate groups”. The map makes it look as if there is a “hate group” on every street corner. They always had one (maybe they still do)on Minnesota that represented Panzer Faust Records. Yes, PFR was a one man operation, selling White Power CD’s from a PO Box, but that one man was a “hate group”.
It is not only the SPLC which is a total fraud, but its sob sister ADL, that is in the business of defaming everyone who is to the right of Mao. It is so bad that the ADL should drop the A and just call itself the Defamation League.
Morris Dees ought to be in prison.
