The White House has been using “responsible immigration reform” as a euphemism for amnesty. (Editorial comment in article)

“We’re not looking at citizenship, we’re not looking at amnesty. We’re looking at allowing people to stay here.”

Potato, potahto.

Have to agree.

Once you let them stay, citizenship will come in time.

Smoke and mirrors from our side is no better than smoke and mirrors from their side.

They need to get in line like all other immigrants..

If they do not they should be deported if they comit crimes and no welfare

I think the press is trying to get to Trump supporters...nothing else has worked..

No more DACAs are allowed in...

It is up to congress to find a solution ..Trump can always veto it..

I thought his message was already clear. it’s up to congress and we know what congress will do, amnesty. so he is complicit. Notice he will not say he will deport them. he can’t, because if congress votes to not deport, he is stuck with congress’ action since he passed the ball to them.

Not. Citizenship allows them to VOTE. Green card equivalent status (permanent legal residency) does NOT include the right to vote. HUGE difference.
