Numbers on DACA are 800k total for all states.
It depends on what is in the bill. If they are given permanent residency, and told they can apply for citizenship in ten years, that would be very different from immediate citizenship.
DACA only gives them work permits.
They won’t become citizens and won’t vote (legally).
Enough to win all future elections national and local.
