The southern border is one location but we need to keep aware of the Far East,
Asia, etc numbers which are becoming as large as from the southern border.
Wait, huh? Seriously? The gains are UP a ton since January, up in August from July, but this is a bad sign?
And if the pool is shrinking because fewer are coming over-—as almost all evidence indicates-—then ICE/border patrol are getting a MUCH higher percentage of the total.

Well, that someone is the author of article and US Customs and Border Protection...their graphs are showing that the numbers of border crossing are increasing since April...From what I read, the pool of illegals crossing is not shrinking...it is increasing—tho less than last year.

Sadly, I am confident that there is rampant voter fraud in California and other states with large populations of illegals and democrats running the government.
I had thought one of the first things Trump should have done upon entering the oval office was to nominate Supreme Court Justices...Second thing was to push for voter ID. With one-party control of House and Senate and Executive branch, a voter ID law could and should have been passed.

Trump isn’t even fighting for the wall. He might pay lip service to it here and there, but he obviously care for it and will blame Congress in the end, when it’s never built. Trump hasn’t hired the army pf Border Patrol agents and he came out and basically said he’ll go out of his way to make DACA a LAW. You remember DACAright ... one of his biggest campaign promises? And there is NO way you or h e can pin that on Congress.

Apprehensions are up because many more illegals are attempting to cross...if you recall, earlier in the year, border crossings were down by 70-80%.
To me just means we need to put down the “We are winning” champagne glasses and get to wor...be vigilant in making sure that the wall gets funded and we don’t get some defacto amnesty from this DACA CACA!

Until we get to zero illegals coming into our country; nothing is too harsh including the use of mini-guns shooting a thousand rounds a minute.
This is because they have gotten the message from the treasonous swamp dwellers in Congress - NOTHING will be done and the free stuff will flow.
Why shouldn't the numbers skyrocket? Why should they stay in their old shithole countries when they can come to their new (soon-to-be shithole) country?
They don’t see a wall going up, sanctuary cities and entire sanctuary States are springing up like wildflowers, political resistance against DACA has crumbled, and they see partial or full amnesty coming as any meaningful Washington resistance to illegal immigration totally collapses.

I think your point about the Sanctuary cities and SANCTUARY STATES is a big part of their motivation...
And of course the hint of amnesty and no wall being built helps their motivation as well.
What they are saying is that since we caught more illegals coming across the border, there are more people coming. How about ICE is doing a better job of catching illegals.
Say a store gets an average of 10 sales a day. The store decides to advertise, they hire a new manager who motivates his employees, he gives them the equipment to do thier job.
The next month they get 16 sales a day. A month later they get 30 sales a day.
The differece with a store is you are attracting people. ICE is ejected people. What you are seeing is less traffic coming in and ICE capturing a higher number of those that do.
Win. Win.
Yes, the number of illegals coming is increasing...there is more traffic coming into the US...
Several months ago we had less border rossings/apprehensions and everyone was crowing that we had 70-80% less border crossings/apprehensions because illegals knew Trump meant business-new sheriff in town, etc., people would be deported, no illegals would get to stay, etc....
Yet now we are crowing because there are more crossings and apprehensions (though less than last year)...
This does not make sense to me...Seems to me that we cannot have it both ways...

We need to stop hinting at amnesty, expanding sanctuary cities and states, and build the damn wall!!!
