CNN anchor Jake Tapper said the Republican party "acts as if climate change is not real" in an interview with Sen. John McCain on Sunday.
"The Republican Party, as you know, generally speaking, acts as if climate change is not real," Tapper continued. "There are exceptions, you, your daughter, Meghan, the Republican mayor of Miami. But generally speaking, the president, the governor of Florida, et cetera, act as if its not real even though the overwhelming scientific consensus is that its real and its man made."
"Back in 2012 when Superstorm Sandy hit, your daughter Meghan McCain tweeted, 'So are we still going to go with climate change not being real, fellow Republicans?' "
"I don't know because I can't define their motives," replied McCain. "But I know that there are things happening with the climate in the world that is unprecedented. "

Hey Tapper....billions of years from now the sun will become a red giant and will engulf the orbit of the earth. We cannot influence that event just like we cannot really change the overall temperature of the atmosphere either. If the earth is heating up staying the same or cooling it’s out of our hands. We humans have however adapted so there is that.
Climate Change? Seriously? If we give trillions of dollars to Al Gore, he can control the climate, long term, by controlling the 0.04% of the atmosphere that is CO2? Jiggling that 0.04% a little here and there, up to 0.042% and down to 0.037%, will overcome the sun, the oceans, atmospheric pressure, the jet stream, the mountains, warm fronts and cold fronts, and all the butterflies flapping their wings in Africa? REALLY???
Serious questions should never be asked of someone with brain injury or disease.

Rand Paul to CNN Jake Tapper; Why ‘Global Warming’ Changes to ‘Climate Change’
If they were around in the 19th and early 20th centuries, these same journalists would likely have been extolling the virtues of bloodletting as ‘settled science’. If alive in Galileo's time they would likely have labeled him and his supporters ‘geocentrism deniers’. History is replete with examples of ‘settled science’ that turned out not to be so.
OK, now, do you, yourself, actually believe that humans are changing the planet's climate?
1. What is the ideal temperature of the planet? Where and how should that be measured?
2. What is the ideal sea level? Where and how should that be measured?
3. A topical question--since hurricanes have always occurred, as far back as anyone who recorded such things can remember, what is the ideal number of hurricanes in any given year? How "intense" may they be before they're considered, "extremely intense?"
4. How much snowfall should we receive, on average?
5. What is the ideal "climate," and how can we ensure that occurs?
I forget who exactly said it, but they alluded to the taxes that liberals want to impose as not so much controlling the climate, but diverting wealth from more productive nations to less productive ones. It's all about re-distribution of wealth. If they happen to effect the climate (almost zero chance of doing that), more power to them.
We must fight these evil global taxes with every fiber of our being. Once they're imposed, there won't be any going backwards.
Why listen to this crap? The 1935 Hurricane hit the Florida Keys with 200 mph winds and the destruction was incredible. By my count that was 82 years ago.
I have never heard anyone deny that climate change is real.
The climate changes all the time. It always has. It always will.
Excellent questions. We never get answers to reasonable questions or observations such as you and I have mentioned. All we get is hysteria and nonsense if we try to have an actual reasoned discussion about global warming.
Sen. Paul was awesome in that vid. He never once fell for the Straw Man enviroNazi crap from Jake Tapper.
tapper, you idiot. You think you can control the weather. Say it, you lout: the weather!
act as if its not real even though the overwhelming scientific consensus is that its real and its man made.”
If it is man made how did it change before man?
Hey TAPPER, climate change IS real, it's just NOT CAUSED BY MAN, AHOLE!
To CNN(Crappy News Nation): Did Global Warming cause the Hurricane that sank Nuestra Senora de Atocha, which sank in 1622?
How many SUV were sold that year?
How much electricity was used per household in the USA that year?
Does a Brick have a higher IQ than “Joke the Tippler” ?
I bet hes still wondering how that tumor got into hos head, until now it was “unprecedented”.
I have watched hurricane news for three days. As soon as I hear “climate change”, I change the channel.
