NH’s voter eligibility requirements are weak. Why did the Republicans in the state allow it?

I think most of the laws that weakened voter registration are federal. The so-called Motor Voter law was passed under Slick Willie.

When you mention college students, do you mean students attending school in NH, or out-of-state students crossing into NH and voting since the weak laws allow it? Or maybe both of those situations.

Both, but probably more likely in state college students.

Sentences for fraudulent voting should be much more severe than they are. Melowese Richardson of Cincinnati got out of prison 3 years early for her multiple voting crimes.

The states make their own laws to determine residency. In New Hampshire you can claim to have moved in the same day as the election. Even Massachusetts doesn’t allow that.

That's the scam that was much discussed over WRKO talk shows, that people from Mass. would go into NH and vote claiming to have moved (or even an intent to move) into NH, they don't move to NH and the state never follows up to verify anything.

It’s a joke. And with no repercussions. One could just state they changed their mind and decided to move out of state after voting. With no minimum requirement what is to stop it? Fraud, most definitely. But NH seems to be okay with it. Like I said their is no Federal requirement for establishing state residency.

I wonder if CNN will run this story and blast this offensive tactic that Hillary’s mean team pulled.

If you’re trying to get in-state tuition rates, seems to me it’ll be easy to find out just who was registered where, at least when it comes to students. Any offenders there will be easy to nail. It’s the non-students bussed in that’ll take more time to find.

Wonder, for example, how many Dartmouth students voted in 2 states....

all these reports of voter fraud being uncovered makes me wonder if Obama was not legitimately elected. Especially in the second term when the polls were showing Romney with a lead just days before the election.

And I’m still left with the question in my first post in this thread. Who, or what state or federal agencies can investigate this? It definitely needs to be investigated.

The president’s election fraud commission apparently has to rely on volunteer cooperation from states. I wonder if the FBI can investigate this since crossing state lines to commit voter fraud is happening at least in some cases.

This crap sucks. It’s been my opinion for a while that one of these out-of-state students voters should file a class-action lawsuit against their college for overcharging them. It seems to me, by registering the students as voters, the state is implicitly acknowledging the student IS a citizen, thus eligible for in-state tuition and other charges.

And yet, outside of a few sporadic cases has anything been done about voter fraud? We don’t even seem to be able to kick illegal aliens out of the country, much less keep them from voting.

“Does anyone here know how to play this game?”
>

PLEASE. They *all* know how to play the game; it’s a question of whom wants the same RESULTS.

Same could be said vs. tax fraud, identity fraud, welfare fraud, mediXYZ fraud....Govt WANTS IT TO CONTINUE. Else:

- They diminish their own power
- Balance of power shifts
- Govt puts itself out of biz

Only need only realize govt DOESN’T *SOLVE* issues\problems.

If anybody is asking, year after year, time after time, “Why isn’t this stopped?”, the answer is staring you in the mirror. The pols aren’t threatened to action, it won’t get done.

correct... the Uniparty at work in NH... the NH Repbulicant party savaged the TEA Party more than the Democrats..

Bill Gardener is the center of this fraud...has been for years... Craig Benson wanted a new Sect of State and the Uni Part along with the Urinal Leader attacked his marriage, made claims he was sleeping around and Denise was leaving him etc... real tabloid trash but effective at that time.. Benson did not run again.

Most every win by demoncrats in NH is by the same day voter number.. or the NH Stupid Party running complete dolts..like Kelly McCain also known as Kelly Ayotte and Guinta...In 2006, all but 112 same day registrations were done in Keene, Plymouth and Durham...

Per the Portsmouth Herald some years ago...Look at the 7 or eight campaign workers for Obama that used the same Portsmouth address of Martha Clarke to vote in NH... to include John F@@N Kerry’s spawn... in your face...Or in 2008, the buses running from UNH run by Organizing for America, that handed out ballots, already filled out and pre-filled in voter registration forms and handed out the required letters on the way back and mailed them for the domiciled NH students so they could legally vote... no fraud at all... hahaaaa

All part of the Democracy we live in... we are not a Republic till we as serf repeal the 17th Amendment...and anything Wilson or either Roosevelt’s enacted or championed..Sad truth is the Roosevelt family boot legged heroin into China and led to the Boxer Rebellion while making millions undercutting the British Crown monopoly on opium trade to the far east... Legal at the time, maybe yes, but not really a nice way to stack up the cash...

This is comparable to conspiracy to overthrow the government, and it is certainly felony conspiracy and felony vote fraud.

It's "Conspiracy to Keep the Deep State in Power." FBI action could only be expected if these voters had crossed the border to support an outsider.

The students that same day registered and are claiming in-state tuition would be a good start to check.

UNH requires 12 month residency -

http://www.unh.edu/registrar/general-information/residency.html

Start with prosecutions on in-state vs out-of-state tuition fraud if found.

But what is the fraud in NH? NH has no minimum time to establish state residency.

It's fraudulent to register to vote and declare an intent to became a NH resident when they have no such intent. That is fraudulent.

Kuhner is now discussing this on WRKO and will probably get into the details again.
