According to Kuhner, state law is that when someone declares they just moved to NH and registers to vote, using an out of state driver’s license to register, they must acquire a NH DL within 60 days.

That’s one fraud there because about 80% who voted under that pretense never obtained a NH DL.

NH’s voter eligibility requirements are weak. Why did the Republicans in the state allow it?

Can you say

U N I P A R T Y ?

I thought you could...

That is the current law that was recently amended... last fall...just say you are a NH resident, sign the affidavit, send the letter in within 60 days to the SoS saying you changed your mind to become a NH resident, became a NH resident or claim domicile rights ie you are a student... no felony or crime committed per NH law

Most of them don’t drive or have vehicles in state

AND, most of them are not paying resident tuition.

>>>Sentences for fraudulent voting should be much more severe than they are. Melowese Richardson of Cincinnati got out of prison 3 years early for her multiple voting crimes<<<

I Vote for the Death Penalty.

It is obvious that Illegal Voting can destroy the Republic, more so than the actions of Traitors. Illegal Voting should be treated the same as Treason, with the same Penalties.

Correct... no laws were broken...that is the rub..and why so many people hate the NH Republicant Party. Biggest bunch of snakes and liars in the country... All hail Judd Gregg, bow now and ki$$ the Ring of almighty Binney.. bend over and lick the collective Sununu and obey!

The voters that voted in 2 states.... yes they broke the law... the hordes of college students and assorted massholes that only voted in NH and shopped on the way home....nope fully within the law in NH.

BTW Jasper is a demoncrat plant/uniparty @sshat that violated all house rules be come the speaker.. First time in NH history democrats were allowed to vote on the Republicant house speaker because a conservative would get the position... such cr@p

Someone couldn't change their mind that "they are a NH resident". They either were, or they weren't a NH resident on election day.

Could someone actually have voted on November 8th by signing a statement that they intend to become a NH resident? If so, those who didn't become a NH resident should have their votes declared void and a recount conducted. Whether that was a crime under NH law is a different matter. It was an illegitimate vote.

For rational moral and ethical people what you have stated is correct...

However, the Uniparty in NH has made it as I described... legalized fraud.

The problem is that legalized fraud affects people in all fifty states by producing fraudulent results in the presidential and congressional elections, and that could (and did in 2016) send people to the House and Senate who could tip the balance in Congress.

An ethical federal judge would shoot down those 2016 results if a review of the questionable votes showed that they determined the outcome in some elections. Those effects are not confined to the state of NH.

It should definitely be investigated, but I don’t know who has jurisdiction to do that.

More than 6,500 people registered to vote in New Hampshire on Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses, and since then the vast majority have neither obtained an in-state license nor registered a motor vehicle.

Out of state college students could account for that. They qualify to vote under state law but not for residency.

Correct in many ways and insidiously effective for big and small issues, fedzilla..welcome to the world of the Uniparty...brought to you the taxpayer by the 16th amendment and based upon the 17th Amendment...

Once their vote is counted it is done. Cannot go back. Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think their vote is quarantined until residency is established.
