I’m one of those European-type persons who loathes cilantro.

I’m an American but apparently people of European stock think cilantro has a soapy taste. It’s apparently genetic!

I had never heard of the European tie-in to the soapy taste of cilantro. I suppose that makes sense as I have German/Scottish/Danish blood running through my veins. Mom swears we have Cherokee blood in there as well. Wonder what they think of it?
