Sheriff David A. Clarke just lost out on yet another Trump administration job—and he has the president’s chief of staff to thank.
Four sources working in and close to the Trump White House said his failure to land a gig in the West Wing or at the Department of Homeland Security, where Clarke unsuccessfully sought a job earlier this year, was in large part the result of opposition from White House chief of staff John Kelly.

Clarke, like Gorka before him, didn’t fit into Kelly’s version of a kinder, gentler Trump. No pitbulls, only lapdogs.
Kelly is holding us back.
He appears to be working at isolating the president, so that Trump is surrounded by nothing but liberals.
Apparently, the president accepts this for now, probably to restore some modicum of calm to the White House Administration after eight months of personnel coming and going at a rapid pace. Perhaps he wishes to wait until a full year or two has passed before off-loading Mr. Kelly The Isolator.
These sensational stories coming out of the Whitehouse may or may not be true.

I sincerely believe he is the most qualified to succeed PDJT in 2020 or 2024. I think he will be tougher on immigration and domestic terrorists than DJT, which would be GREAT, if the nation lasts that long.

Some people should be in advocacy roles in the media. I'd include Clarke, Sebastian Gorka, and Trump's attorney Jay Sekulow in this group.
Some people should be working as advisors. Other than Steve Bannon, you probably wouldn't know who most of these people are.
