The presidents of China and Russia agreed late on Sunday to appropriately deal with North Koreas sixth and most epicly powerful nuclear ‘splosion test...
I gather that 5 ‘splosions was ...enough?

What is their definition of appropriate?
Appropriate would have been to dethrone Kim years ago.

“China and Russia unite against North Korean nuclear test”
Curious move by them both as whatever they are doing is only done to benefit them.

China is worried the mountain under which NK has been testing these bombs is going to collapse (or is presently collapsing as indicated by second tremor) and spread radiation into China

China and Russia both basically hate us and wish we were not as much of a world power. Isn’t it rather convenient for them if the US is mired in dealing with an issue like North Korea? As long as North Korea is not directly threatening China and Russia, they are just going to sit on the sidelines laughing.
Communist PROPAGANDA at its best spinning a STRONG response to DINGBAT North Korea's leader.

North Korea is run by a family dictatorship masquerading as a Communist regime. Its not the Party but the family that makes all the key decisions in North Korea.
That is why it set its Chinese and Russian allies against it. No one knows whom the unpredictable Kim will target.
Regime change in Pyongyang is in everyone’s interests.
