North Korea openly threatens EMP attack for the first time, changing the game

The news Sunday morning that North Korea had launched what appeared to be its sixth nuclear test and most powerful one to date is troubling enough.
But a statement from the rogue regime took things to a whole new level. The North said it had tested an H-bomb that was “a multi-functional thermonuclear nuke with great destructive power which can be detonated at high altitudes for super-powerful EMP (electromagnetic pulse) attack according to strategic goals.”
This is the first time it has publicly mentioned its interest and ability in an EMP attack, a devastating weapon that could have catastrophic consequences for North America, the West and their closer neighbours.
An EMP attack, as I detail in my new book Pulse Attack, is a nuclear detonation that occurs in the atmosphere and creates a waveform that can take down the electrical grid below.
In the worst case scenario, this wouldn’t just shut off the power for minutes or hours, but weeks or even months, due to serious damage to transformer stations and other integral elements of our power infrastructure.
This wouldn’t just mean we couldn’t turn on our laptops and televisions; it would shut down our telecommunications, transportation, water systems, our ability to get food to cities and much more.

The full hordes of hell were unleashed under obama... he served his god/muslim beliefs and he apologized for our country being great. He sided with everything that was anti God and sided with the rioters and anything/anyone who would tear down our country. Plus he gave in to all those who were after us, and they saw us as a paper tiger who could be overtaken and abused in the process. GW Bush did nothing to stop him and never contradicted obama’s lies.. and congress didn’t either.. and the media loved him after they got used to his skin color.
Personally, the color of his skin was not the problem,.. his Alinsky beliefs are.. I found him unbearable to watch and listen to.. he was a practiced liar and made mockery of everything this country stood for... the God that is in our constitution is not his god.. his beliefs are not the United States’s beliefs... they are fundamentally foreign and he was up to no good.. still is up to no good!
We are reaping the effects of a man who savaged our “in God we trust” and is against everything that was good in this country. All that mattered was how much he could benefit, both monetarily and power. He was the most self centered man to be in the position he had.. He’ll have his day in court some day, but our country is suffering and the man who is trying to fix it, is being stymied and attacked by all that can tear him down and our country down. they do not care about the U S.. they are so full of themselves that they have forsaken any decency for the sake of world/global governing. They have lost their minds!!

Nuclear explosions causing EMPs is real. But an area needs to be hit with EMP after EMP in order for it to be effective. And a single detonation won’t do the trick even at optimal altitudes.
If one exploded way, way above the US yes it would do something - but it would need x amount more to do the whole job.
At the lower altitude it is more effective, but the radius isn’t as large. Again, more are needed.
If they nuked California... just a neighborhood in California it would spell the end of us. We would go nuts. We don’t need this grand plan to make America fall apart - sh!t the NYT and Washington Post are more devastating to us as a country than a single EMP.
I saw an interview from some years ago, where a woman who had escaped told that even kids 10 years of age are commanded to witness public executions.
Terror is instilled in them from childhood.
The only way I see a war between the US and NK to be good for China is that would be an excuse for China to invade NK and take control of the huge coal deposits (for steel mills) and rare earth minerals. For China, NK is becoming more of a problem than a friend. Remember that Iran, Pakistan, and Russia could trade favors with NK. There are probably some ex-nuclear scientists in Russia that could use extra money.

I think China had hoped to be dealing with a person that would quietly develop his programs and not become an international figure of scorn.
Once he was strong enough, he could bleed off focus on China for what it is doing and intends to do.
It could strike out without China being the bad guy.
Trouble is, China now has egg on it’s face. This has all blown up in it’s face.
China didn’t want hostility with the U.S. yet. It’s not ready. It intends to be about ten to fifteen years from now.

Then you tossed in the idea that I had.
That can only mean that you realized you were over your head on the topic, and you had to do something to shut off debate.
You introduced God to the equation. It’s not the first time I’ve seen you do it. Heck, you’ve done it to me a number of times.
Don’t bring God into things that are unrelated to the topic of religion, or at least something that plays on the things God/the Bible has said.
