North Korea openly threatens EMP attack for the first time, changing the game

BY ANTHONY FUREY, POSTMEDIA NETWORK

The news Sunday morning that North Korea had launched what appeared to be its sixth nuclear test and most powerful one to date is troubling enough.

But a statement from the rogue regime took things to a whole new level. The North said it had tested an H-bomb that was “a multi-functional thermonuclear nuke with great destructive power which can be detonated at high altitudes for super-powerful EMP (electromagnetic pulse) attack according to strategic goals.”

This is the first time it has publicly mentioned its interest and ability in an EMP attack, a devastating weapon that could have catastrophic consequences for North America, the West and their closer neighbours.

An EMP attack, as I detail in my new book Pulse Attack, is a nuclear detonation that occurs in the atmosphere and creates a waveform that can take down the electrical grid below.

In the worst case scenario, this wouldn’t just shut off the power for minutes or hours, but weeks or even months, due to serious damage to transformer stations and other integral elements of our power infrastructure.

This wouldn’t just mean we couldn’t turn on our laptops and televisions; it would shut down our telecommunications, transportation, water systems, our ability to get food to cities and much more.

I believe pre-born child sacrifice being legalized all over the world set loose the demons of hell. Life changed for us after Roe.

Any guy that leaves the border open is no better than others who try to destroy the nation.

None of them manned up and faced the situation.

Wimps, one and all...

Trebb, we cannot wait until it is confirmed Kim has all the missiles he needs sitting on launch pads ready to go.

That’s called national suicide.

I can’t tell you. I believe I read it’s his biggest detonation to date.

I keep reading about how negatively this could affect South Korea, neighbors, even the U.S. now, but of course there’s no danger for the future.

LOL

Folks, what are you drinking/smoking?

Does it get better from here? Will there be a safer time to take care of this?

Ah NO!

Would you prefer we wait until Kim has nukes leveled at Seoul?

I personally think the only reason we continue to wait is our guys are already on the ground in N.Korea locating and establishing where, when and how.....patience too as Kim Un continues to expose what he has as well as otherwise.

High alert won’t stop an EMP device.

Anything from there headed here MUST be shot down. Anything in an orbit that crosses our territory MUST be shot down. No excuses!

If that is true, I consider it proactive and something that could morph what our actions at this moment should be.

It would be a part of the process that needs to take place in order to enable what I think needs to happen, and to happen in a way that would achieve the best results.

What I recognize is that we cannot continue on like this.

Something must change the direction this whole thing is going.

A North Korea in a blackmail position over the U.S., will never be acceptable to me.

North Korea has had too much success, and too little failure to have developed this all on his own, so I agree with your take on it.

Folks forget that as Korea moves along here, it is undoubtedly transferring data to Iran, to help it in it’s process.

I recall a shipment of missiles headed to Iran from North Korea, that was stopped and sent back. North Korea sees Iran as a friendly state it wants to deal with, to coordinate with.

Time to turn NoKo into a wasteland of rubble and bodies with all the population annihilated.

No; just cut off the HEAD of the snake.

As mentioned...do it right the first time...no margin for error without a strong backup....and secure ‘everything’ thereafter. This would not be a simple standard mission by any means.

Remember ‘we’re not telling what we’re doing...period. But you better believe ol’ Fat Boy and his Generals would not be taking the measures they are currently taking if they weren’t scared crapless something bigs coming their way....or/and a likely coup from their own people.

Don’t you find it odd that North Korea has not threatened the U.S. bases in Okinawa, Japan? The Marines 3rd Division is based there. The Air Force has a large air base. Why would they reach out to Guam?

Thus, Guam and and U.S. may be a distraction from the real target Japan. Who would want that.... China.

Here are North Korea’s possible moves or all the above.

1) EMP attack over Japan or the United States

2) Nuclear Attack on Tokyo, Guam and possibly U.S. bases in Okinawa.

3) Rocket attack on Seoul and 2 million man invasion of Seoul via the tunnels.

The possible nightmare end scenario should serve as a warning backdrop to a fresh wave of evangelism.

Pain can’t be entirely factored out of the mortal coil, but misery can be made optional as it is a factor of attitude towards the graces of God.

The reason I am bringing this up is that NOKO has pointed the gun at us and the time has arrived to shoot and kill before he kills us. we have reached the time to kill or be killed. Trump has the responsibility to take action before it’s too late for us.

Personally, I’d like to see a coup and an announcement that the nation would turn away from nukes and long range missiles.

The big losers here are the North Koreans living 75 years in the past.

I try to look at the bigger picture.

God has the devil on a leash. God is not the wanton erring one here. We are! We get as much devil as we allow by refusing the loving graces of God.

It seems fortuitous to me, destined even, that Trump’s call for prayer over Harvey happened just as Kim Jong-Un was about to announce his latest nasty to the world.

This is a time for boldness, not cowardice. Sure, Kim Jong-Il might sock the world with a nuclear nasty. Let’s squash that mad man flat anyhow.

I don’t discount the idea this is proxy-time for China.

As for what could take place, just about anything.

This is a mess that has festered, and will continue to get worse.

Time to take China’s proxy off the playing board.

This is already covered in Revelations 8:
And the seven angels with the seven trumpets prepared to sound them.

7 Then the first angel sounded his trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood were flung to the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, along with a third of the trees and all the green grass.

8 Then the second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned to blood, 9a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

10 Then the third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star burning like a torch fell from heaven and landed on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter like wormwood oil, and many people died from the bitter waters.

12 Then the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun and moon and stars were struck. A third of the stars were darkened, a third of the day was without light, and a third of the night as well.

13 And as I observed, I heard an eagle flying overhead, calling in a loud voice, “Woe! Woe! Woe to those who dwell on the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the remaining three angels!”
7 speaks about fire descending on land, which sounds a great deal like nuclear weapons; 8 and 9 speak about fire descending into the ocean (which is naval nuclear warfare -- heck, it even mentions ships being destroyed!), and 10 and 11 speak about fire descending on rivers which became 'bitter' (radioactive?). 12 describes nuclear winter.

Kinda obvious when you really look at it all.
