Thousands of Dreamers have used a loophole in federal law to get on a full pathway to citizenship, top congressional Republicans revealed Friday, citing government data withheld by the Obama administration but provided by the Trump administration.
The Dreamers were all part of DACA, the legally questionable amnesty program thats under scrutiny right now as President Trump decides whether to scrap the Obama-era amnesty.
The House and Senate Judiciary Committees revealed that more than 45,000 DACA recipients were approved for advance parole, which is permission to leave and reenter the U.S. despite not being in permanent legal status here.
But under a quirk of law, those granted advance parole can then ask to adjust their status and gain legal residence and eventually citizenship as long as they have a qualifying relationship. The Obama administration had seemed intent on keeping the data secret, refusing to answer requests from Congress. The Trump administration complied.

Obama and the Democrat Thug Party is about deceit and destruction of the Country.
Deport all illegals. Not our problem that their parents brought them here. To their benefit, they get to go home with an American education, our values, and will be well situated to prosper in their home countries.

I suspect what’s going to happen will be similar to the decision about Trans in the military. Let the children of illegals stay here, but stop accepting any new ones soley on that basis. I would prefer all illegals and all their descendants be exported together. That may be too disruptive, because many cities would spend great amounts of time defending these individuals who actually were born here. Sessions would be no match for the poisonous vitriol that would flow from the left side. There would be a massive disruption in the flow of state business. Disruption is what the left excels at when they are not overpowered or fully defunded.
Plus, The Donald is aware of the approaching mid-term elections in the autumn of 2018. Sum total, we on the right will get half of what we want at this time.
Such an outcome will have been made easier to stomach, because we’ve reached a point where at least four companies are being consulted about building The Wall.

I agree!
The ends justify the means...
GET RID of these free-loader MOUCHERS Illegals.....ASAP!!
Deport all Illegals at once!!
They are LAW-BREAKERS!!
Deport ALL illegal aliens. NO EXCEPTIONS.
End illegal DACA
Remove all illegal aliens
Restore the rule of law
Secure the border
defending these individuals who actually were born here.

DACA is only for fraudulently documented foreigners.
Children of illegals born here are misguidedly being given US birth certificates and citizenship.
Trump should have ended all this almost 8 months ago. That was his campaign promise.
Yes...and here is the data that supports that view
From the CATO report and other thread : http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3579684/post
Trump is a business man....and a "no decision" is always an option.
Wow.
I gotta ask. Isn’t obama a dreamer himself?
As you said, revoking those DACA approvals which have been granted would only end up in the courts with a rogue judge over-riding the revocation.
I'd go so far as to tell those already registered that they've got two years to become US citizens or be sent back to their homelands. Having them take Civics, US History, and learning English or go home during those two years would solve a lot of problems.
Ok then let them stay but cut off all aid. And charge them fines for being here illegally.
