The “profiling” thing is a lie. People were pulled over for a traffic infraction. If during the investigation nobody has ID and nobody speaks English, gee what could it mean? That’s when they’re taken in for likely being an illegal alien.

Why would Arpaio refuse to show up or refuse to send any legal representation to a court hearing to address a matter that was filed by HIS lawyers on HIS behalf?

And the bottom line is that it makes the Judges actions irrelevant and mainly just theater.
Ping to the following nuances in the Sheriff Arpaio pardon case revealed in the posted article:
