well if they offered them at regular price then someone would just buy all of them and everyone else is SOL. So there is that. The alternative would be to limit them to one per customer I suppose.

If they offered at regular price, some person will buy them all early and resell at 10 times the price at the other side of the street.

In cases like this limiting it to one to a customer is ok. In fact stores often limit the number of items you can buy when there is a limited supply.
But this kind of pricing is, at best, shady.

well if they offered them at regular price That WAS their "normal" price. That case price was simply the single bottle price times the number of bottles.
Nobody buys food or drinks at Best Buy, it's ridiculously overpriced.
